For the record in my nine years at Sabra I tried everything possible with a foil pack. I put fruit and lettuce inside, I put sauce touching the foil, I turned the foil shinny side-in and shinny side out, and tried anything else you can think of... To make the perfect foil pack you take one patty, put the vegetables in on top of that patty, put a sauce that is a mix of peanut butter, orange, soy, vinegar and catchup (counselors should always have all of these things on hand when making foil packs) in with the veggies, put another patty on top so that the two patties make a pack around the veggies, double wrap and cook till done.
